Delivery & Returns

We want your pressed flower artwork and custom pieces to arrive safely and bring joy! This page explains our delivery, returns, and damaged item policies in a clear, friendly way.

Delivery

  • UK-wide delivery: We deliver all orders across the UK using trusted courier services.

  • Delivery fees: Fees vary depending on the size and weight of your artwork.

  • Delivery times: Times depend on the courier and the service selected. Tracking information will be provided where available.

  • Missed or failed deliveries: If a delivery is missed or delayed due to courier issues, their terms apply. We’ll always do our best to support you if there’s a problem.

Returns & Refunds

Standard Artwork

  • If you’re not happy with your artwork, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Return postage is your responsibility.

  • Refunds are issued once the item is returned safely and in its original condition.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

  • Custom-made items (including wedding bouquet preservation and personalised artwork) are non-returnable and non-refundable once the deposit is paid and the order is confirmed.

  • Deposits are non-refundable because work has started or dates have been reserved, and we may have turned down other orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • Once we have the details, we can discuss the best options together, such as a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

  • If we ask for the item to be returned, we will cover the return postage.

Wedding Bouquet Preservation

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking and confirm your dates.

  • Once your deposit is received and dates confirmed, deposits are non-refundable, as we may have turned down other bookings for those dates.

  • The remaining balance is due upon your flowers being received and confirmation of artwork design.

  • If flowers are not sent or delivered on time, the deposit cannot be refunded.
